Smokefree - County Durham

If you live or work in County Durham, this service can offer you an individual quit programme for up to 12 weeks. Smokefree County Durham’s Stop Smoking Service helps individuals quit smoking for good. Our aim is to support you in understanding why you smoke, to identify and manage your cravings and offer advice around relapse prevention.

This service is free of charge for all NHS patients registered at our GP surgery.
