Prescription Line removal 10th June 2026

Patients will no longer be able to telephone in for Prescriptions from the 10th June 2026.  This moves us inline with the majority of other practices in the Country.

You can order 24 hours a day using the NHS app

Drop your prescription slip in the box in reception or the letterbox next to the front doors.

If you are on regular repeat prescriptions then Repeat Dispensing may be suitable for you.  Once in place you just go to the pharmacy every month and your prescription is waiting for you without the need to request it.  This lasts for 12 months and then after a review can be started again.  It is not suitable for all medicines but we can advise on this.

If you cannot use the NHS app but have family that can order on your behalf who have the App and use it then we can set them up "proxy acccess" so they can order your meds - we can do this even if they are not patients here at the surgery.
